"Commercial legal expenses insurance has developed significantly in the last few years but it still has some way to go to achieve full market penetration. I think the most important development is through companies like Abbey Legal Protection who have raised the bar both in terms of quality and the range of legal services that we deliver. Innovation in technology is very important to Abbey Legal Protection. We developed Abbey Legal Protection largely by listening to the needs and wishes of our clients. We encourage and solicit feedback from our clients so we are well placed to deliver their needs and expectations."
