The IPI policy is designed to pay the legal expenses of businesses that are in dispute about the ownership or infringement of their own registered intellectual property rights.

The policy is intended for small to medium sized business with patents, and/or trademarks and/or registered designs. It will enable them to pursue infringers or defend invalidity actions about their own intellectual property.

Premium rates depend on the type of intellectual property, the market in which they are exploited, as well as the limits of indemnity, excesses and the territorial limits selected.
