Proposals for ATE cover for civil (not personal injury) and commercial cases are individually assessed and rated. All assessments are carried out by legally qualified staff.  The Division is headed by David Hartley. A solicitor of over 30 years experience, David has been at the forefront of all the major developments in conditional fees and ATE insurance since the mid 1990s.

Our unrivalled expertise enables us to work with solicitors in providing the right funding solutions for their clients. In personal injury cases, our Accident Line Protect policies, (which have been approved by the Court of Appeal) have been developed since 1995.
