• You do not need our approval to issue court proceedings
• Our premiums are fixed and guaranteed at all stages from the outset – there are no hidden costs!

In addition, we also offer our insured’s first class cover which includes: 

• £100,000 limit of indemnity
• Full protection if the damages awarded by a court do not exceed an opponents Part 36 offer
• Multi-defendant cover with no off-set against damages
• Access to higher limits if needed subject to individual proposal
