Insurance Cover
The Personal Affinity Services Programme covers the costs of legal fees and expenses in:

Employment Disputes
Pursuit or compensation rights following a dispute with an employer or ex-employer arising out of their contract of employment.

Consumer Disputes
Pursuit or defence of any claim in connection with the sale or supply of goods and services, providing:

i. the minimum sum in dispute is £500
ii. Legal costs are limited to 75% of the amount in dispute

Property & Neighbourhood Disputes
Pursuit or defence of disputes over possession of freehold and/or leasehold property and disputes involving negligence, damage or nuisance by a third party.

Taxation Disputes
