This business unit works with you to design the policy coverage, set the premium rates and issue the policy documentation and distribute it to your clients and members. They also liaise with the insured and their lawyer in the event of any claim.

Legal Services – ALS – this business unit of employed  in house barristers and solicitors provide your clients and members with telephone legal advice 24/7, currently taking over 300,000 calls a year. This advice ranges from general issues to client specific issues on subjects ranging from employment law, through contract law to property law. This up to date best practice advice is designed to risk manage the clients affairs and avoid legal disputes.

This business unit also provides HR consultancy, an employment litigation service and expert lawyers offering specialist employment advice.  Reinforced with our legal expenses insurance product, this offers your client a comprehensive employment support service.

After the Event – ATE – this business unit provides after the event insurance policies for a wide range of litigation. For general civil and commercial litigation, policies are bespoke with individually rated premiums. The Division also manages Accident Line the Law Society’s personal injury referral and insurance service, which provides the well known Protect policies with fixed price premiums available through specialist solicitors.  Accident Line prides itself on putting the claimant at the centre of the process, providing them with ease of access to legal experts and advice.
