Abbey Legal Protection directly employs around 50 lawyers in its Legal Service Centre. Uniquely for an advice facility, all are fully qualified being either solicitors or barristers and all must maintain practising certificates and undergo continual, professional development training.

The advice teams service both SME’s and Plc’s, delivering practical, helpful guidance and risk-management on all aspects of employment and commercial law. All advice notes are recorded electronically and all calls are voice-recorded to assist us in both quality assurance and to ease the claims process. All ALP’s legal advisers have access to state of the art research facilities.
