ALP employs legally trained people in its claims team - this means they understand the legal issues involved in any claims and can communicate these to you, your clients and the lawyers.  We ensure the team fully understands the policy terms and conditions, their meaning and their intent, so that decisions can be made within the letter and spirit of the policy.
