Accident Line – Your Route to Success

Accident Line is the Law Society’s Personal Injury Referral and Insurance Service. It was formed in 1995 with the simple remit of providing an ethical, professional service for both the public and legal sector.

Over the years the personal injury market has often received bad press. The rise and fall of some of our high profile competitors was well documented and has led to the industry being tarnished as a whole.

We have remained successful throughout this period by staying true to our core values and always putting the client’s best interests at the centre of the process. By doing this we are able to build long term, mutually beneficial partnerships with our members based on trust, integrity and respect.

As part of our commitment to excellent customer service we conduct annual member surveys. Below are some of the highlights:
